Overview
Model ERM12N, 100BaseTX to 100BaseFX media converter card, is designed to allow the network designer to add fiber segments as needed. It is designed to fit into ERM21C, 21 slot chassis.

Description
ERM12,100BaseTX to 100BaseFX media converter, allows 100BaseTX specifications to be used over fiber cable.
Designed to meet the needs of today’s network planers to marry the Fast Ethernet performance with the benefits of fiber segments, The ERM12 media converter complies with the 100BaseTX 802.3u standard.
A complement of 6 LEDs display power for the unit plus link and receive on each segment.
The 100BaseTX side of the unit features a MDI/MDIX crossover switch that dispenses with the any need for specially configured cables.
